TWENTY-eight Year 10 King’s Ely Senior students braved the wet and blustery conditions at the weekend (March 8th-10th) to complete their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Practice Expedition.

The intrepid students spent two days navigating independent routes in countryside east of Thetford, Norfolk, and camped at Thorpe Woodlands Adventure Centre.

Well done team!

King’s Ely offers pupils the chance to undertake their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at all three levels, and all of our clubs are run in line with national schemes, giving pupils a strong position to go forward for their National Governing Bodies (NGB) Leadership Awards.
