KING’S Ely’s A Level Fashion and Textiles students are showcasing their designs at the Spring Knitting and Stitching Show at Olympia London this weekend.

Thousands of people are expected to attend the show, which opened to the public today (Thursday, February 28th) and is running everyday through to Sunday, March 3rd.

King’s Ely Sixth Form students Aeyesha Cundy, Jenna Richards and Anna Pearce, pictured, are also celebrating the fact that their striking designs have been shortlisted in the show’s ‘Dressmaking Competition’.

The girls’ garments, which are all made from non-traditional materials, are not only on display at the show, but on the Sunday the students themselves will be taking to the catwalk to really show them off!

Visitors will be voting for their favourite designs throughout the duration of the show ahead of the winners being announced on the Sunday.
