PATRICK Green, Housemaster of School House, hosted a virtual quiz for the boys and their families on April 29th evening.
The rounds consisted of ‘Anagrams of School House pupil names’, ‘Is it real or made up?’, ‘General knowledge’ and the ‘King’s Ely Teachers Daisy Chain’.
Mr Green said: “It was a hard-fought contest, with family members getting involved to boost chances for some teams! It ended up being very tight indeed, with the top three being the Kembers, Head of House, Arthur Plews (with a little help from Dan Grapes and Mrs Plews!) and Fin Hall (with a little help from Mrs Hall!).
“The overall winner was Fin Hall and his prizes are on their way to him. It was great to see everyone in a relaxed social setting and there are already plans in the pipeline for a bigger and better effort. Watch this space!”
