IN French, Year 7 King’s Ely Junior pupils have started a new eTwinning project called ‘Message in a Bottle’.
Before half term, students wrote messages to introduce themselves to their new overseas correspondents. There was great anticipation when the parcel arrived from College Fenelon in Nevers, Burgundy, with a letter for each pupil, written in French on one side and English on the other.
The children worked hard to translate the French messages and were intrigued by the different style of handwriting of their counterparts!
