KING’S Ely welcomed students from The Perse, Wymondham College and Royal Hospital School along to its Pre-season Netball Tournament on January 12th.
King’s Ely’s U14, U15 and U18 teams participated and special mention must go to the U14A girls for their outstanding 20-7 win against Wymondham.
The 1st team struggled against a very strong Royal Hospital School team, but then played exceptionally well against Wymondham. Beth Carberry secured the winning score in the last two seconds of the game to win the match 18-17.
