TWO members of the King’s Ely Equestrian Team – Emily Gredley and Katie Cameron – competed in the National Schools Equestrian Association’s (NSEA) Arena Eventing competition at The Jays Equestrian Centre in Bury St Edmunds on November 10th.
In the 90cms class, Emily came 2nd on her pony, Buddy Lad, and qualified for the Hickstead Eventers Challenge Final. Katie came 5th on her pony, Call Me Kev.
The 1m class yielded another qualification for Hickstead, with Katie winning the class, and Emily coming 4th on her horse, Sam.
Well done to both Emily and Katie, who did a grand job over a course which proved very troublesome for a lot of the other riders!
