Our boarding students and staff enjoyed a Mexican-themed supper on May 16th.

Newly-weds Matthew and Alice Kneeshaw, who are our Deputy Catering Manager and Senior Chef de Partie, respectively, have recently returned home from their honeymoon in Mexico, and this was the inspiration for the theme night.

Chicken and tortilla soup; crispy fried chicken tacos; pork cochinita pibil; beef with coriander, lime and chilli; mushroom quesadilla; quorn fajitas; salsas and dips; leche quemada cake – a brilliant variety, as ever, thanks to our awesome Kitchen and Catering Team!
