THE results of the TCS Oxford Computing Challenge are in!

25 King’s Ely students across Years 8-13 took part in the annual challenge in March and we are delighted to say that we achieved 10 distinctions and 7 merits.

The challenge is an invitation event which aims to encourage students who have achieved a top 10% score in the UK Bebras Challenge to develop their skills further and produce programmed solutions to computational thinking problems under timed conditions.

Congratulations to all of our students who participated: Raphael Bisson, Robin De Haan, John Lau, Elizabeth Newman, Aron O’Connor, William Shaw, Jack Tisi, Xander Tong, William Biggs, Rosemary Kern, Faruk Bagci, Lauren Booth, William Hutton, Lin Wei, James MacGillivray, Alexander New, Joseph Coppin, Yanki Ertem, Paolo Lawrence, Matei Micu, Tamim Rezek, Henry Burbridge, Benjamin Collier, Daniel Millard and Oliver Johnson.

We look forward to awarding you with your certificates when we eventually return to school!
