Eighteen King’s Ely students were baptised, confirmed and/or received into the Church of England at Ely Cathedral on Saturday (March 18th).

The service was led by Bishop Graham Kings, Honorary Assistant Bishop of Ely. It was an incredibly moving event, which featured poetry and singing by members of the Choristers of Ely Cathedral Choir.

After the service, pupils, their families and guests came together in our Old Palace Lecture Theatre for refreshments, which included a scrumptious celebratory cake, made by Jane Taggart, our Old Palace Chef Supervisor.

Congratulations to the following students who were involved in the service: Karolis Katinas, Eliza Spooner, Scipio Ko, Hector Hughes, Jiawen (Carmen) Yang, Margot Collamer, Ethan Collamer, Alexander Prideaux-Brune, Lucas Wang, Emma Youssef, Albert Walker, Freddie Wright, Freddie Hammond, Samuel Stephenson, Ryan Lenn, Henry Sanders-Hewett, Kitty Sanders-Hewett, and Phoebe Holmes-Chatfield.
