YEAR 6 King’s Ely Junior pupil Ollie competed in the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain Welsh Championships at the weekend.
Ollie, pictured here with his Tae Kwon Do Master, Mark from The Mark Farnham Schools of Tae Kwon Do, came away with a Bronze medal in Patterns and a hard fought Silver in Sparring – losing out on the Gold by only 1 point!
Ollie is now concentrating on his Black Belt grading in October and has also started to help Mark out on Saturdays by coaching the younger children attending their first Tae Kwon Do classes.
