MEMBERS of the King’s Ely Equestrian Team competed in the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) Arena Eventing competition at Keysoe on November 14th.

Lucy Simcock and her pony, Lemon Twist, entered the 75cm class and flew around the course to finish in fifth place.

In the 85cm class, Charlie Simcock rode a lovely round on his pony, Pablo.

The King’s Ely Tigers – made up of Martha Midwood, Eliza O’Donnell, Cate Kerr and Ness Kerr – also competed in the 85cm class. All four girls rode brilliantly over what was a long and challenging course, finishing with three clears and in third place – only narrowly missing out on qualifying for the Championships at Hickstead in 2022.

Great results riders and ponies – well done!
