NED Kittoe, Head of Science at King’s Ely Senior, took time out of his busy schedule to visit King’s Ely Acremont on February 4th to run fun-filled rocket workshops with some of our youngest scientists!

Mr Kittoe taught the children about the physics involved with launching a rocket and finished his talk by launching an air-powered rocket in the playground. The children were beside themselves with excitement as they watched it soar into the air!

At King’s Ely Acremont, our dynamic and varied curriculum is supported by carefully planned trips, visits from experts and new and innovative technology. Expert teachers from other sections of King’s Ely visit to teach things like sport, music and languages, encouraging early excellence and continuity of provision.
