CHILDREN from King’s Ely Acremont Nursery were able to get up close to a whole host of different animals at Church Farm Rare Breeds Centre.

Pupils, staff and several parents visited the centre in Stow Bardolph, Norfolk, on June 29th.

The weather was beautiful and plenty of fun was had, with the children being able to fuss and learn more about pigs, sheep, horses, rabbits, chickens and lots more cheeky creatures.

The children also had a blast bouncing on the trampolines at the centre, driving the mini tractors and, of course, cooling off in the restaurant area with an ice lolly!

Head of Early Years Foundation Stage at King’s Ely Acremont Nursery, said: “It was a wonderful day filled with fun, laughter, tractors and a pig or two! It was so lovely to be able to share this special day with both our current and new families who will be joining us next year.”
