KING’S Ely welcomed inspectors from both the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and Ofsted on the same day.
A team of five inspectors from the ISI spent two days at King’s Ely on February 21st and 22nd assessing everything from the health and welfare of students to the quality of the management of the school. On February 21st, an Ofsted inspector also visited King’s Ely Acremont Nursery.
The outcomes of both inspections were announced this month. King’s Ely Acremont Nursery has been rated outstanding in all areas and ISI inspectors have confirmed that King’s Ely meets all standards in the schedule to the Education (Independent School Standards) Regulations 2014, the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools 2015, and relevant requirements of the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
