Tickets for King’s Ely Prep’s eagerly-anticipated musical, ‘Mary Poppins JR’, are now on general sale!
Three performances are being held in the Hayward Theatre from Thursday, March 21st to Saturday, March 23rd, but don’t hang around with buying your tickets, as all shows are guaranteed to sell out fast.
Our stellar cast of Years 5-8 pupils have been rehearsing for months, and they cannot wait to tread the boards in just a few weeks’ time. The show is being directed by Miss Emily Chadwick, with musical direction by Mr Chris Parsons, and choreography by Miss Natasha Hobbs.
Miss Chadwick, who is Head of Drama at King’s Ely Prep, said: “Our cast of 53 actors have been working SO hard in rehearsals, learning the huge number of songs and dances that make up this wonderful show. We are really looking forward to wowing audiences with the high energy songs that everyone knows and loves, and we are sure that it will be… Practically perfect in every way!”
Performances are at 7pm on the Thursday and Friday, and 2.30pm on the Saturday.
