It was not just our Nursery and Pre-Prep community who went all out for World Book Day yesterday (Thursday, March 7th) – check out the amazing efforts made over at King’s Ely Prep!
Pupils and staff really did look the bee’s knees dressed as their favourite book characters, so much so that a parade took place in the Morbey Hall in the afternoon to showcase everyone’s costumes and accessories.
The costumes were judged by Mr Richard Whymark, Head of King’s Ely Prep; Mrs Alison Inskip, Library and Resources Coordinator at King’s Ely Prep; and children’s author, Jennifer Bell, who has been with us at Prep for our Fantasy Book Week celebrations. The winners will be announced in assembly next week!
