KING’S Ely Sixth Form student Rebecca Daniel has been selected to represent the England Red U17’s in the 2018 School Games.
The eagerly-anticipated event is taking place at Loughborough University later this month and Rebecca will compete against England White, England Blue, Wales, Ulster and Scotland.
This is a multi-sports event including Rugby Sevens, Cricket, Athletics, Volleyball, Rowing, Cycling, Netball and more.
Rebecca has also been selected for the Saxon Tigers U17 Hockey team, and will be representing them in the Futures Cup, which takes place in St Albans towards the end of this month.
Rebecca will play against the other three English regions; The Wessex Leopards, Mercian Lynx and the Pennine Pumas, as well as the Caledonian Cougars and the Celtic Jaguars.
