I grew up in Windsor.

Exeter University for BA and PGCE, followed by a Masters at UCL.
Your previous role at King’s Ely:
Head of Key Stage 2 Maths.
Your new role at King’s Ely:
Teaching and Learning Lead (Whole School).
What do you enjoy most about working at King’s Ely?
The characters!
Hobbies/interests outside of school:
I love travel, teaching and hummus.
Any pets?
Sadly, no. I’m quite desperate for a dog.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A teacher or a midwife!
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation.
What was the last book you read?
‘The Chalk Circle Man’ by Fred Vargas.
What song are you most likely to sing at a karaoke?
I would opt out! The last time I did karaoke I chose a song which I had forgotten had a lot of rapping in it and it was a disaster. Never again. It is best for everyone.
What is your favourite film?
Trance or Moonrise Kingdom.
Do you have any phobias or fears?
Embarrassingly, I am afraid of waterparks.
