Where did you grow up?

Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire.

Education:

I did a BA in Art and Design and Industrial Archaeology at the University of Northampton.

Your previous role and place of work:

I worked as a Workshop Coordinator at CES Artists in Schools, providing art workshops for schools all over the UK.

What are you most looking forward to about working at King’s Ely?

Everyone seems very friendly, so I’m looking forward to working with such a lovely team. Plus to be working in the city I love.

Hobbies/interests outside of school:

Reading and painting.

Any pets?

I have one gorgeous Tibetan Terrier called Mungo. He is just like a big teddy bear, but better.

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

First a nurse, then an artist.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation.

Who is your hero?

Freddie Mercury.

What was the last book you read?

‘The Willow Marsh Murder’ by Karen Charlton – I wanted to read it as it’s set in Ely.

What song are you most likely to sing at a karaoke?

I don’t think anything could persuade me to sing karaoke, but if I had to, it would be ‘Dancing Queen’ by Abba.

What is your favourite film?

The Harry Potters!

Name three things you would want with you if stranded on a desert island for a week:

My family, a good book and a camera (sorry I know that’s technically more than three).
