Our chicks have hatched at King’s Ely Acremont Nursery and Pre-Prep!
Children and staff arrived at Nursery and School yesterday morning (March 9th) to hear a chorus of cheep-cheeping coming from their classrooms.
We arranged for four incubators filled with hatching eggs to be delivered by The Happy Chick Company this week – one each for Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
Today, once the chicks have fully dried out, they will be transferred to the brooder boxes and the children will be able to start caring for them, learning all about their growth, and admiring their individual characters as they develop!
