“WE knew from a very early age that we were going to have to find a school which would be able to meet our daughter Willow’s thirst and desire for learning. We needed an environment which would not only stretch our daughter’s abilities but one that would also encourage and praise her for her accomplishments.
“Even in the Early Years provision at King’s Ely Acremont, staff facilitated our daughter’s fundraising endeavours in raising money for the victims of Hurricane Irma. The team turned the event into a whole class learning opportunity, from the design and promotion of the bake sale through to including numeracy tasks and developing team building skills.
“King’s Ely Junior continues to recognise Willow’s desire to help her local community during such a difficult time, especially in her delivery of jokes on a weekly basis to a local care home in order to keep the resident’s spirits up.
“We have found the right match at King’s Ely, and whilst our daughter is only at the beginning of her educational journey, we are confident King’s will ensure Willow will achieve and exceed her goals. Our daughter loves school!”
