This week is ‘Bikeability Week’ at King’s Ely Prep!

Instructors from Outspoken Training are on site and on roads around Ely, leading ‘Bikeability Level 2’ sessions with our Year 5 pupils.

The organisation visits schools across the UK to run Bikeability lessons, which are designed to equip children with the skills, confidence, and enthusiasm to make more journeys by bicycle. The Level 2 programme sees children learning about effective observations, understanding road priorities, communicating with other road users, and effective road positioning.

Well done to all of our Year 5s for giving the sessions their all, often in challenging weather conditions, and to the Outspoken Training team for their patience and professionalism!
