THE chicks have hatched at King’s Ely Junior!
All 11 of the chicken eggs provided by the Happy Chick Company hatched in the incubator and are already starting to show off their cheeky, individual characters.
Pupils have been fascinated by the whole hatching process – watching it live on the ‘KEJ Chick Cam 2019’ on the school TV screens and white boards.
Next week, the chicks will be incorporated into the children’s Science lessons so that they can learn all about their husbandry and life cycle!
