“WHILST once again our flexibility has been put to the test with the latest announcement about the delay to restrictions being lifted, we are nonetheless excitedly anticipating the many events we will enjoy between now and the end of term. The news coincided with our week’s assembly focus on maintaining an optimistic outlook and setting targets for the way ahead. Glasses are refillable when they empty and so we have been concentrating on building in as many positive activities as we can this term.

“The next three weeks will be hugely varied for the children and keep offering exciting special events, and some of our regular summer highlights too. Even though we won’t be able to welcome parents and guests quite as frequently as we usually do and we are reliant on the weather, we are determined to end the year with a flourish and lay strong foundations for the year ahead come September. We are looking forward to welcoming many of you again soon.

“This week’s highlight has to have been the superb performances of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe on The Paddock when ‘live’ audiences were treated to a super spectacle of our latest production. Congratulations to all involved and thank you to all who attended and enjoyed a sociable and convivial evening celebrating the children’s hard work.

“Wishing you a healthy and happy weekend ahead.”
