“AS the dust settles on the Summer Term and this academic year, the thanks have been given, the books have been presented and good-byes have been said.
“The team here are tidying down the classrooms and Nursery 2 have received their warm applause from friends and families at their Leaving Celebration. And now the summer awaits us!
“The news is of a heatwave, and it has come just at the right time. I hope that all our children and families enjoy a most excellent spell away from school – resting, recharging, splashing in the sea or in a swimming pool, being with friends and making the most of new experiences.
“Until we meet again ‘on the other side’, happy holidays to all of our King’s Ely Acremont community and to our Year 2 families as they turn their thoughts to King’s Ely Junior in September.”
