“AS we approach the final few days of term after the weekend, there are many different aspects of our shared existence over the last few months to celebrate. Time after time, the children have demonstrated their resilience and appetite for joyful shared endeavours, such as those being witnessed recently in the form of the Gulliver’s Travels streamed performance, the StrictEly glittering production and all the music making in preparation for our unique Carol Service which is due to be shared with you in time for Christmas.

“The children’s ability to continue to adapt and sustain their eagerness for experiences at school has been wonderful to see this term. We have been fortunate to not have suffered more interruptions to school due to infections thus far, and we are buoyed by the news that vaccinations have begun. The first term of this school year has been a very positive one and we are looking forward to maintaining the momentum as we head into 2021.

“2020 has taught us a great deal about our responsibilities to one another, our ability to innovate and the overwhelming value of human kindness. We look forward to welcoming the school community back together from Wednesday 6th January, when the Lent Term begins. Have a happy and healthy Christmas!”
