House Cross Country took place for our Years 3 and 4 King’s Ely Junior pupils on October 17th.
New Field glistened in the autumn sunshine as the children put their best feet forward around the 1.5-kilometre course, all to win as many points as possible for their Houses.
Some pupils sprinted their way to the finish line, whereas some took it more in their stride. Most importantly, everyone was there to cheer each other on – even their friends in rival Houses!
Well done to every single child who participated, thank you to our parents and carers who were able to come along on the afternoon, and congratulations to the winners:

House Cross Country for pupils in Years 5-8 takes place at New Field on Friday (October 21st) afternoon. Families are welcome to come along and cheer the children on!
