AT King’s Ely Acremont Pre-Prep, our Year 1 pupils’ current topic is ‘Ourselves’.
The children have been looking carefully at all the different features on their faces, and then making detailed pencil sketches of their features.
They were given a photograph of their faces but it was cut in half, so they then got creative by completing the picture carefully matching the lines and features, resulting in lots of amazing self-portraits!
