VISITING actor Simon Bridge popped into King’s Ely Acremont to work with Year 2 pupils.
The morning consisted of games and drama activities to explore the rather complex plot of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. During the afternoon, the children explored the ‘play within the play’ and by the end of the afternoon were able to perform it with confidence!
Simon also gave the children a real insight into life in Shakespeare’s London and the Globe Theatre.
