King’s Ely Acremont Pre-Prep’s new School Councillors for the Summer Term have been elected!
All our Reception, Year One, and Year Two children were given the opportunity to stand for election. Their manifesto pledges were wonderful; ranging from introducing new school clubs, to making more bug hotels for the wildlife garden.
Mrs Lever and Mrs Walker transformed the Acremont Office into a Pop-up Polling Station, and each class then formed an orderly queue to cast their vote.
We are pleased to announce that our new School Councillors are:
Reception: Auxane, Felix, Fritha, and Slanya
Year One: Esther, Art, and Lottie
Year Two: Amelia, Edison, and Scarlett
The Summer Term is always packed with fundraising opportunities, and we cannot wait to hear what initiatives the new Councillors come up with, as we continue to support Ely Foodbank!
