STORYTELLER Chip Colquhoun visited King’s Ely Junior on March 14th and 15th.
Over the two days, Chip ran a series of Religious Studies workshops with students in Years 3 through to 6 themed on the ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’.
After an “impossible challenge” and an activity to test the pupils’ wisdom and courage, Chip told the story of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe as the children acted out the characters and then drew the connection between the story and the bible. This was followed by some “wondering time” where the students were able to think aloud and ask questions.
