WE are excited to announce that seven King’s Ely Senior students have made the finals of this year’s Ilford Photo UK Student Photography Competition!
The students shortlisted, and whose work features in this gallery, are: Francesca Stevens, Ivana Peat (two images shortlisted), PiaoPiao Li, Dominic Illsley, Lucas Edevane, George Diogenous and Emily Gredley.
The theme of this year’s competition was ‘Darkness and Light’, and as ever, photography students from across Britain participated.
King’s Ely has won this prestigious competition for three years running. Last year, Paige Newell won the contest, in 2019 Luna Guo won and in 2018 it was won by Orla Simpson.
Congratulations to Francesca, Ivana, PiaoPiao, Dominic, Lucas, George and Emily for reaching the finals – fingers crossed we will make it four years running!
