THE Education Group visited King’s Ely Acremont on May 8th to run some fun-filled Samba Drumming and Music Workshops with the children.
At King’s Ely Acremont, our dynamic and varied curriculum is supported by carefully planned trips, visits from experts and new and innovative technology. Expert teachers from other parts of the school also visit to teach sport, music and foreign languages, encouraging early excellence and continuity of provision.
Reception Teacher, Mrs Alison Black, said: “We all had a fabulous time! The children played their drums and other percussion instruments enthusiastically. They all demonstrated a good sense of rhythm and even played in four parts, each playing a different rhythm!”
