GIRLS in Years 11 to 13 enjoyed a Rugby taster session after school on November 21st.
Around 20 girls attended the session – some of whom had tried Rugby before but for some it was their very first time.
One of the girls who participated, Rebecca Garrett, said: “We started the session with some warm up games and drills, then we finished off with a game of touch Rugby, which also incorporated tackling the tackling bags when you made a touch.
“It was a really fun session and everyone who went along loved it. Hopefully we will book another session in the New Year so it would be great to see more girls there! Thank you to Mr Thompson for organising it.”
