HUGE congratulations to Old Elean and former Ely Cathedral Chorister and Organ Scholar, Miriam Reveley, who has passed her Fellowship Diploma of the Royal College of Organists (FRCO)!

The FRCO is the most highly and internationally respected qualification an organist can achieve.

Miriam, 19, has also just discovered that she has won the most coveted of all prizes – the Limpus Prize – for the highest marks in organ playing. Most musicians don’t achieve this diploma until two or three years after graduating from University, at the earliest!

Miriam, who joined King’s Ely Senior and Ely Cathedral Choir in Year 9, achieved her Associateship of the Royal College of Organists (ARCO) Diploma, something which very few organists achieve, while still at school.

Amazing achievements as ever, Miriam – we are so excited for your future!
