Congratulations to Old Elean, Holly Burke, for winning a Silver medal at the fiercely-contested 2023 EUSA Rowing Championships in Poland!
Holly, who was our Captain of Boats when she was in Sixth Form, won Silver with her University of Nottingham Boat Club W4x crewmates, pictured.
Holly, who is pictured far left, is in her third year at the University of Nottingham, studying Sport and Exercise Science. She joined King’s Ely Senior in Year 11 from a school in France, and stayed at King’s for Sixth Form.
Some of you might actually have seen Holly around school this week, as she is back at King’s Ely Boat Club as part of her University placement!
