CONGRATULATIONS to our Senior Girls Tennis Team, who have qualified for the Finals of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) Schools Years 11-13 Autumn League!
The team – Georgia Shields, Disa Hellyer, Kendle Putter and Francesca Stevens – competed against Framlingham College in the knock-out stage of the league here at King’s on February 28th.
It was a closely fought match which resulted in a draw at 3 sets each. Georgia and Kendle played a 10 point tie-break to decide the winner, which resulted in King’s winning 10-7.
What a fantastic achievement girls – good luck for the National Finals!
