FASHION students from King’s Ely Senior will be exhibiting their creations during a high profile textiles show at Alexandra Palace in October.

A collection of work by the most gifted and talented A Level students will be on display at the Knitting and Stitching Show 2016 – a national event for anyone with a love of textile design, which takes place on 5-9 October.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the innovative work our students are producing and to gain valuable feedback from the media, the public, artists and designers, students and governors from other independent schools,” reflected Alison Rhodes, Director of Art at King’s Ely Senior.

King’s Ely’s fashion students frequently achieve among the best GCSE and A Level results in the whole of the UK, with many students going on to study in highly-regarded universities and colleges such as Chelsea, Ravensbourne, Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, Royal School of Needlework Hampton Court Palace, Edinburgh and Falmouth.
