A GROUP of King’s Ely Senior girls visited London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to watch what proved to be a thrilling game of Netball.
The trip on the evening of January 22nd saw the girls watching England take on Australia. It was a fantastic game which resulted in England narrowly losing 46-50 to Australia.
Teacher of Girls’ Games at King’s Ely Senior, Lizelle Goosen, said: “The level of Netball that the girls were able to witness was superb and they all came home with lots of new ideas and skills to try out for the season.”
