MEMBERS of the King’s Ely Drama Department enjoyed a night out at the glitzy Music and Drama Education Awards in Mayfair on the evening of March 4th.
It was just before Christmas when we discovered we had been nominated for this year’s ‘Outstanding Drama Department’ in the annual Awards.
Although we didn’t win on the night, we are delighted to have been shortlisted – congratulations to Coombe Boys’ School for winning!
The team were also excited to meet choirmaster and broadcaster, Gareth Malone, at the ceremony.
