OUR Year 5 King’s Ely Junior pupils are supporting Keep Britain Tidy’s Great British Spring Clean campaign.

The children have been using their new litter-pickers to scoop up any rubbish that they can find on and around the school site.

Alison Inskip, King’s Ely Junior’s Library and Resources Coordinator, and who is on the school’s Eco Committee, said: “Not only are we helping to look after our environment, but it is also great for our mental and physical health!

“We hope to get more pupils involved over the coming weeks.”
