KING’S Ely Junior pupil Thomas Alderton competed in the East of England Swimming Championships over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
The championships took place in Luton and saw talented young swimmers from across the region taking to the water. Thomas, who is in Year 7, competed in the 50m and 100m breaststroke races and made it to the finals in both.
Although no medals this time around, Thomas has achieved the 5th fastest time in the East of England over the last 12 months. Well done Thomas!
