A GROUP of our Year 6, 7 and 8 King’s Ely Junior International (KEJi) pupils were in their element exploring Cambridge’s Fitzwilliam Museum and Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology on November 26th.

Gary Williams, Head of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) at King’s Ely Junior, said: “The students looked at a range of objects from Ancient Greece, Rome and Egypt.

“Medieval armour, plenty of china, pottery and art, statues and sculptures from around the world, and an extremely tall totem pole! The group also enjoyed finding out more about the objects and completing a treasure trail.”

KEJi students are fully integrated into life at King’s Ely Junior and receive intensive English language tuition in preparation for 13+ school entry.
