THIS week (March 1st-7th) is Eating Disorders Awareness Week and students and tutors in Withburga House at King’s Ely Senior are putting their best feet forward to raise awareness and funds for Beat, the UK’s eating disorder charity.

Sue-Ellen Godde, Housemistress of Withburga, House Tutors and of course the Withburga girls themselves are walking their way around Europe – virtually – which will see them clocking up more than 4,000 kilometres between now and the end of term.

Team Withburga have already completed more than 950 kilometres and have so far raised more than £1,000 for Beat!

Miss Godde said: “Beat specialises in helping people who suffer with any form of eating disorder. If you would like to support our fundraising event, we would be grateful for any amount you can donate!”
