IN Art, our Year 7 King’s Ely Junior pupils have been studying the colour green as part of their ‘Colour Theory’ investigations.
Sarah Paling, Art Coordinator at King’s Ely Junior, said: “One of the students’ remote learning tasks was to take photographs of different varieties of green in their gardens and make a PicCollage out of them.
“They have then been using their observational skills to mix as many of the tints, shades and tones of green that they can see in their photos.
“Pupils have painted strips with a variety of greens and textures using palette knives and sponges. Next they will use these strips to create a collage landscape.”
