Our Year 2 Acremont Pre-Prep pupils were beyond excited to visit Queen’s Hall!
Queen’s Hall is where our Principal, Mr John Attwater, and his family live. It is an annual school tradition that our eldest Pre-Prep children are invited to help decorate their Christmas tree towards the end of the Michaelmas Term.
Pupils in both our Year 2 classes made adorable little decorations to hang on the real, locally-sourced tree, which is 6ft 7in tall this year, and has 6,000 lights on it.
The children then enjoyed some cookies and squash while Mr Attwater read ‘The Christmas Pine’ by Julia Donaldson to them. Topsy the cat was determined to join in on the festive fun too!
