THESE photos were taken by Year 12 student, Jess Harding, just before our Year 11 Prom/Formal Dinner on June 24th.

So much goes on behind the scenes to make school events like this a success. Our Domestics Team, Gardens Team, Catering Team – everyone goes the extra mile to make sure the events are special for our students.

On the subject of Catering, June 24th’s Dinner was really scrumptious:

Starters
Asian beef spring roll, pickled vegetables and katsu ketchup.
Thai infused tempeh and mango rice paper roll with pickled vegetables (V).

Mains
Chorizo crusted chicken, pea puree, herb gnocchi, greens, chorizo oil.
Braised onion, wild mushroom and cheddar rarebit, baby leeks, soubise sauce (V).

Dessert
Jaffa Cake brownie, chocolate mousse, marmalade ice cream, chocolate and orange milkshake.
