CHILDREN and staff at King’s Ely Acremont and Nursery (KEAN) and King’s Ely Junior (KEJ) went all out for Comic Relief today (March 19th)!
At KEAN, there was a ‘Touch of Fun’ themed non-uniform day, resulting in £304 being raised for Comic Relief and Acremont’s charity of the year, The Wildlife Trusts.
At KEJ, all sorts of wonderful red accessories made an appearance – including the Red Nose Day ‘Lolly Tuck Shop’!
The pennies are still being counted, but thanks to our community’s ever-generous efforts, it looks like KEJ has raised over £400 for Comic Relief.
