Foxton, Cambridge.
Education:
Comberton Village College followed by Long Road Sixth Form College, and I then completed a professional cookery apprenticeship. Most recently, I have been studying for an RHS diploma in the principles and practices of Horticulture at Bottisham Village College.
Your previous role and place of work:
Sous Chef at The Perse Preparatory School, Cambridge.
What are you most looking forward to about working at King’s Ely?
Working outside in such beautiful grounds.
Hobbies/interests outside of school:
Swimming, yoga, walking, reading, growing lots of veg to cook delicious things with, and various craft projects.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A graphic designer or a singer.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation.
What was the last book you read?
‘Three Women’ by Lisa Taddeo.
What song are you most likely to sing at a karaoke?
‘Something’s Got A Hold On Me’ by Etta James.
What is your favourite film?
Too hard to pick one! I love Moonrise Kingdom, Forrest Gump and Harry Potter is my go-to comfort watch.
Do you have any phobias or fears?
No massive phobias, but I don’t think a snake pit would be very pleasant!

Spotify, my kindle and wine.
