I am going to the University of Birmingham to study Business Management with Marketing.

What career path do you plan on pursuing?

Marketing.

What else did you participate in during your time at King’s?

Throughout my time at King’s, my textile designs were exhibited in many different festivals and exhibitions – Alexandra Palace, the Business Design Centre, the Stitch Festival in London, the Apex Gallery, and Ely Cathedral. I was really proud to be awarded the Textiles Scholarship for my A-Levels.

As soon as the opportunity arose, I auditioned to be an Ely Scheme Instructor and I worked my way up to Senior Instructor during Sixth Form. I really enjoyed teaching the younger pupils and being involved with all the activities that Ely Scheme offers.

During my earlier Senior School years, I competed in many different rowing competitions, in places such as Henley, Norwich, and Bedford.

I was very proud to be Head of Torfrida House in Year 13, and to help lead the House through House Song and other charity events we put on, such as Torfrida Colour Run, as well as Cathedral Services and House Assemblies.

What will you miss most about King’s and what did you enjoy most during your time here?

I will miss my friends and the people I have met and stayed close to. I have formed lifelong friendships with lovely people from all over the world. I really enjoyed the socials at school too, especially the Christmas Ball and Leavers’ Ball.

In what ways do you think King’s is unique or special compared to other schools?

King’s provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow in an historic and beautiful city. It has some of the oldest school buildings in the world and amazing surroundings. There are so many opportunities available and I loved being able to take advantage of the ones that interested me the most.
